About This Course

This accredited self-paced Microsoft Project course is designed to teach professionals how to use the tool to its full potential, covering both basic and advanced features and functions. The course is suitable for users of all levels of experience, whether you are using the 2010 to 2021 edition of MS Project. It is accredited and approved by the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), and professionals will earn 2 ECSA CPD Points. PMI Certificate holders will be eligible for 14 PDUs from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Attending professionals who don't have Microsoft Project will be provided with a free trial version of Microsoft Project 2016 (optional). Throughout the course, participants will be given hands-on experience working with a construction-based case study to learn how to manage resources, cost, and time, and reduce the risk of failure on projects.
