About Self Paced Course
This accredited self paced course course provides a comprehensive introduction to construction project management, based on the principles outlined in the PMBOK® Guide (editions 6 and 7) and the Construction Extension to the PMBOK® Guide (2016 edition). It is designed to give less experienced delegates a solid understanding of best practices for managing construction and engineering projects. Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped to initiate projects effectively, plan and execute projects efficiently, and close projects successfully. This includes defining roles and responsibilities, understanding business drivers, creating a Project Charter, analyzing stakeholders, defining project requirements, setting project boundaries, estimating time and cost, managing risks, developing a Project Management Plan, managing work, team, and stakeholders, handling changes and risks, and reporting on project status.
