Course information:

This practical one-day course provides delegates with a structured approach to identifying, assessing, responding to, and monitoring project risks using globally recognised Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices. Based on the PMBOK® Guide – 8th Edition (2025), The Standard for Risk Management in Portfolios, Programs, and Projects, and the Construction Extension to the PMBOK® Guide, the course equips participants with the knowledge and practical techniques needed to proactively manage uncertainty, improve decision-making.
