Project Management: Theory to Practice

Key topics include scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement, stakeholder, communication, and HSSE management, supported by practical tools such as WBS, project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and execution plans. The course also explores modern project environments, including the use of AI and emerging technologies in construction project delivery.
