This introduction course on Microsoft Project is designed to teach you how to manage projects more effectively. Whether you are using the 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 or 2021 edition, or the 365 version, this live interactive online webinar will cover the critical knowledge and skills that a project manager needs to create, baseline, manage and report projects using Microsoft Project. This course is suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced users.
With a “tell and show” approach using a construction-based case study, you will learn how to manage resources, cost and time, and reduce the risk of failure on your projects. Participants who do not have Microsoft Project will receive a free trial version of Microsoft Project 2016 (optional)
