About this course

This 3 day course has been designed to familiarize yourself with the basic and advanced features and functions of Microsoft Project Professional 2010, 2013, 2016 or 2019, so that you can use it effectively and efficiently in a real-world environment. By doing this course you will gain years of experience with using Microsoft Project to plan and manage the delivery of projects.This course covers the critical knowledge and skills a project manager needs to create a project plan with Microsoft Project during the planning phase of a project. In other words, this course will enable you to draft a project plan with Microsoft Project and share it with your stakeholders for review and approval. The course will consist of 20% lecture/demonstration and 80% practical hands-on exercises where delegates will be using MS Project to practically exercise their skills guided by applicable case studies.
