About Course:

This course has been updated to reflect the latest edition of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ® Guide), Sixth Edition (PMI ®, 2017), and the new exam domains introduced in 2021. This course walks you through the project management processes from beginning to end, just as you manage your projects in practice. You will benefit from the explanations of specific PMBOK ® Guide processes and techniques coupled with real-life scenarios that describe the various issues all project managers are bound to encounter during their careers. The study guide describes in detail the topics used in the examination in each chapter and covers all the important project management concepts.


  • Delegates wishing to pass the PMP exam - To apply for the PMP, you need to have either a secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education, or a four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education
  • Delegates wishing to pass the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification exam - To be eligible for the CAPM certification, you need a Secondary diploma (high school diploma/global equivalent) and 23 contact hours of formal education.
