Dave was an excellent speaker discussing the many aspects of the Project Management Plan that was oriented towards Construction oriented Professionals. I greatly appreciated that he covered subjects that were not in the PMBOK but could be needed on real life projects. I also greatly appreciated the references to where to find professional templates and forms that could be accessed when needed. This was my first experience with Tacit Skills and it was seamless that Dave was presenting in one part of the world at night and I was clear across the globe watching and conversing during the class totally unaware of the difference in location or time.
